The short version: EVMath is a free calculator site. We don't ask you to sign up, we don't collect your name or email unless you write to us, and we never sell your personal information. The details are below.

What EVMath collects
EVMath has no accounts, no login, and no signup or email-capture forms. The calculators run entirely in your browser — the numbers you type into a tool (miles, electricity rate, vehicle, and so on) are used to produce your result on the page and are not sent to us or stored on a server.
The only information collected automatically is standard, anonymized usage data through the services described below, which every visitor to almost any website generates.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and calculators people use, so we know what to improve. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects measurement data such as the pages you visit, roughly how long you stay, your approximate location (typically city-level, derived from your IP address), and general device and browser information. This is aggregate, statistical data — we use it to see trends, not to identify you personally.
Google processes this data on our behalf. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google's browser opt-out add-on.
Advertising
EVMath is supported by advertising. If and when we run ads, they are served by third-party ad networks — for example, Google AdSense. Ad networks and their partners may use cookies and similar technologies to measure ad performance and, where permitted, to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. This is how a free site pays its bills; the ad network, not EVMath, controls that data.
Google's use of advertising cookies is described in Google's advertising policy. You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising from participating companies at aboutads.info/choices and youradchoices.com, and adjust Google's own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.
Affiliate links
Some pages include affiliate links, primarily to Amazon through the Amazon Associates program. If you click one and buy something, EVMath may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links may set cookies that let the retailer attribute the sale to us. We only link to products genuinely relevant to the page, and the page works fine whether or not you use them. We do not sell your personal information
EVMath does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we never will. We don't build advertising profiles or maintain a marketing list. The only third parties that receive data are the analytics, advertising, and affiliate services described above, acting in their standard roles.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the opt-out tools linked above, and browse with tracking-protection features enabled — the calculators will still work. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data; because we don't maintain personal accounts, there is generally little personal data to act on, but you can always contact us with a request.
Children
EVMath is a general-audience informational site and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the services it relies on change. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date at the top.
